The Bès Valley, with its exceptional geological heritage, is the epicentre of the Gassendi Museum's Mountain Art collection, where each of the works is a unique look at the living canvas of the landscape. It is here that Joan Fontcuberta's dropsy, Paul-Armand Gette's Om, several traces of Herman de Vries, Andy Goldsworthy's A Sentinel, Trevor Gould's Hannibal's Pavilion and Stéphane Bérard's humorous Mille plateaux-repas have been gathered. This outing is done by car with multiple artistic and geological stops along the valley. It can, on request, be completed by a visit to the Musée-promenade and its rich artistic collection, in Digne-les-Bains
Level 1 from Digne-les-Bains less than 2 km of cumulative walks over the day; 65 km by car (out of respect for the environment, we will practice carpooling) 100 m of cumulative elevation gain over the day Price: €250/day for a group of up to 15 people (tickets to the Promenade Museum or the Gassendi Museum are not included)
