Between Provence and the Alps, the wild, mysterious and little-visited landscapes of the Dignois region are home to the world's largest museum of art in nature. Launched at the end of the 1990s, it houses a unique collection of mountain art, featuring numerous contemporary and land art artists, including herman de vries and Andy Goldsworthy . Goldsworthy's collection is the largest of its kind in the world. Each day, we'll set off on short walks to discover special places. Unique in the way a work resonates with its landscape and the history of the place in which it is housed.Because the Dignois region was also Alexandra David-Néel's last place of residence.
